I am just in "AWE" of the quality of so many of the wonderful flower images, in the "flower" challenge..... Some are just "breathtaking".
I have slowly being going through them all, just enjoying every minute of browseing through all the entries, and just started to vote and comment.
It is going to be a very long job, as I do want to make sure, each and every vote counts.

I agree with Sherpet, there are some really awesome flower shots in this one. I am going to try to vote an all of these and the Straight challenge. 700+ enties combined.
Well. .. before the challenge started, I thought I had a pretty good photo. . .but after voting some, I wanted to tak mine an hide. . .Wow! I don't remember ever seeing so many STUNNING photos in one challenge in a long, long time! Now I think I'm going to practice shooting more flowers :)
So far, with 43 votes, I have a 6.65.
Dropped from 6.70 with one press of the updtate button :)
Considering what it's up against. I feel good about that. If it holds, which I doubt it will.

Just finished voting in the flowers challenge. I got about halfway done before I realized that there were 375 entries. I wanted to quit, but I sucked it up and finished. I'll comment later (I'm positive that i won't be able to comment on every photo now). Now let see if I can attempt to get through the straight scores.
This is my first challenge as a member (although I did find something to enter into Straight as well). I'm very excited to see how this one turns out and I'm ready to begin the voting process!
Just wanted to say what a stunning set of entries to this challenge! I know I put some effort into mine (not really mainstream though) and it is clear that a lot of others have done so, too.
How can anyone say that there is no beauty and art in this subject?
I am doing icky! And I know why.... but I just hope that people will go back and look at the images again and reconsider mine.
It just irks me.... my set up took a long time. And I am very proud of my shot, I guess others just don't see it the way I do! Not only that... but I am sure people are looking at it as a bad thing.
