If Saturday works for others that would be good. I wasn't sure you guys were going to be here on Saturday. What time do you think would be good for you guys to give you enough time to get here and get settled? :)
How does Saturday June 3rd here in Atlanta work for everyone else??
ill have to talk to elvis about it, but anytime after 1:00 should be good(we can get to the hotel and stuff after the gtg i think). it takes us about 4 and a half hours to get there and i dont think we'll be leaving here any later than 8:00 a.m.(dd needs insulin at 7:30 and its easier to do it before we get going).
I've already got something set up for June 3rd and 4th. How about July 1st in Atlanta? Everybody should be back from vacation by then. U know, this is harder then I thought. I've never seen so many different dates when people would be available.

Elvis & Crystal, do you think kids will be up to hoofing around after that long drive? If so, than why don't we go ahead and plan something for Saturday afternoon/evening since you guys will be in town.
And then for the folks who can't make it (Rex & CT) maybe we can still plan for another GTG either here or down Savannah way in July or August?

I think the kids would be even more apt to want to walk alot after the long car ride because theyll want to move around after being caged up, but for the sake of all I think maybe its just too soon and its seems hard for everyone to clear there scheduales with such short notice. july would probably work best for all concerned. i dont want Elvis and I to influence the whole thing and/or cause people to not be able to make it because of the short notice. if it ends up in savannah in july well be able to make it then too. hope that helps rather than confusing you further.

CT since you started this thread, why don't work on the Savannah thing? If this thing goes through for me in July and I go to Germany I may or may not have the funds to get to Savannah. So it'll probably be a last minute thing for me.
