It really is beautiful and expertly seamless... but I have one question. Are the folks and the building in the first frame the same, but flipped, for the last frame? Or is it just looking past them again, like past 360 degrees? I just got confused. It's gorgeous though. :)
edit... the harbor picture is absolutely amazing...it should be in some travel magazine somewhere. Wow!
This pano is probably about 400 degrees. That is, I stictched the pano which PTGui exported as exactly 360 deg (to the very last pixel). But my trouble was with composition... I didn't know how to frame it nicely. I thought it important to have tall structures on either ends of the pano, but none of the tall structures deserved being cut into two, so I simply copy pasted the left section of the pano to the right end (which is why my friends and I appear twice in the pano) and cropped it with the Tower on either ends.

1) Did you use a rig at all for the shots? (Bogun, Kragen) If so which one, and do you like it? Or did you quess.
2) What stitching program did you use?

1) By rig, i'll assume you're talking about a tripod mount to reduce distortion. In that case, no I didn't. I simply rotated my tripod. Because no objects were close to the camera, this wasn't a problem. although I did notice that the overlap didn't work out too well for the ground near the bottom of the picture(close to the camera)... that's where manual blending came into play: I had to blend around certain bricks which overlapped better with eachother, or clone in some regions.
2) As for the program. I used PTGui 5.4. It's amazing.
That Krakow panorama is VERY impressive. You did an amazing job!
I use pixaround for panoramas - with that program you could have the 360deg thing going.... feels like you're truly standing in the middle, turning around.
