It's been a good ten minutes now with no message. And I usually get everything DPC sends me, right away.

So, it could be an AOL glitch.
I sent you a PM. Let's see if you get it. I have only gotten 1 out of 5 that I know were sent to me.
I'm sure they'll say this in about 2 seconds, but there's no way to prove what this dude is saying is true, then everyone else will say, "my network broke! it's not fair!" when it happens to them too.
Just like the timestamp photos of sunsets with times at 1am, still can't let it go.
Probably unrelated, but if there is email trouble, perhaps not: I was at a club meeting tonight and the two people who I referred to DPC both said that they registered and had the email notification of challenges option checked. BOTH of them told me that they got the email notifications for the Too Early/Too Late challenges on Dec. 5th - submission ends on the 6th. Guess the emails were Too Late. But could this be indicative of an inherent problem with the system somehow? Or is there some detail they left out? Or do they just not come until the day before submission ends? (not really meant to hijack, but the email triggered a thought process is all...delete if necessary)
I'm on aol, pm'd myself a few min. ago, and havn't got it yet. I also got one from bear_music that seemed out of context a little, but if it came way late, it makes sense....
I personally think this DQ should be reconsidered. Obviously it was out of the hands of the photog.
Thank You, but I'm not really looking for that. To be honest, its not a great photo. Average score. I am upset that the communications are not reliable from DPC. It would be a shame to lose a good photo because of a problem with communications. By the way, just got David Ey's email. That's 2 out of 5. I hope SC realizes from this forum that there is a problem.
