I am new here and just finished voting and commenting on garbage (well at least 30% so far), I can't believe the talent here. Its hard to imagine that garbage could be so interesting. Its very hard as a novice to make comments but I am trying to make honest if not educated remarks. It is harder than taking the pictures!

I never have lofty expectations, I am so new to all this, just a babe in the pixels...
But I really thought THIS one was better this time around!!! Guess not :(( back to the books!

i'm presently participating in my first challenge. i'm reading your posts and i'm wondering how do you check the votes your pictures are getting. I can only see the average.
Medo, I don't have it, but there is a formula out there that you can calculate what people have given you according to the number of votes and the average score of your image. Me personally, I just hit the Update button and hope for the best. :-)

Right about where I thought it would score. Good number of comments and a fave, which is the best compliment.
I haven't been scoring to hot on challenges lately, but six out of my last seven challenges have generated favourites. I'm learning to love those more than the scores.
I'm going to buy a lotto ticket. I have 144 votes, I have 4 comments, and I am holding at a straight 4.0000 LOL... What numbers do YOU think I should play!
Actually i just pulled out of the 4's for a second. I'm waiting on validation approval bah. I amost self requested, i should have then i'd not be waiting now haha.
