I think this challenge is perfect time for me to start fighting thoes demons jutilda talked so happyily about(blown highlights). just got done with my first shoot but Im scared to death to pull the dang things off the camera. white(and my subject(s)) were very hard to work with. not to mention lighting is a pain in the arse! I have a couple of different ideas...will have to try them all and see which i like the best. :o) ~Cher~
this is such a tough challenge! What's light enough, what's too light? I think I've edited my entry like 27 times, and still I have doubts.
Now I'll leave it this way, wait and see......
If you've finally decided to leave it because you think it is light enough then you apparently haven't taken a good look at the previous Light on white winners. I didn't know white on white counted as a light color but I guess it did. I'm leaving mine even though I think it also won't be light enough. Good luck.

Nah, took me about 1 hour to shoot, process, and post my image last night.
I predict I'll be in the running for the least number of comments. I predict that I'll say to myself and to this forum, "Dang! I thought that was one of the best images I took and yet it's tanking! What's up people???".
I keep looking at mine. I think it is pretty good, but I keep thinking the voters are going to nail me for (censored) and (censored). Once again, I'm sticking with it!!
Well, I looked at it again just at the perfect angle and decided, what the heck. I'm in baby!
