While not my best shot, I thought it would do better than this! I really don't know what people are looking for. Then again, after voting on this challenge myself, the photos are all over the place as far as subject matter and it was even hard for me to know how to vote on this challenge. Oh well!
You gotta love it... a topic as non-specific as "What?" and I get the comment, "nice pict, but the theme is what". We can't all be taking photos of question marks, and I bet a nickle this in-duh-vidual has no clue what the subject of my entry actually is.

I have 60 votes and not one comment. Geez, I think it would evoke something. LOL Maybe as the week goes by. It is just the first day. I'm hanging at 5.333
The two commenters guessed the object, which I'm pretty happy about, since I was going for a "Let me think about this for a bit..." and not a "what the Hell????" reaction. Don't know how many others were going for the same, though.
With 91 votes there are only 2 coments. Please give a coment, especialy if the score is under 5. That's what we are here for...to learn from one another. Holding 5.3... but had a sudden drop from 6's. That means some gave a very bad score without saying what they didn't like about it.
With so many to view and vote on (I try to vote on 100 percent of all challenges), it's hard to have the time to do that AND comment. The lower ones usually need the comments most, but probably get them the least. I have a hard time saying "geez, that is really lousy." I've gotten a bit more nervy as of late and have said a few things but I still don't like to say nothing but negative stuff when a photo is "bad."
Scores or 1, 2 & 3 say "Did not meet the challenge" in my opinion.
So that leads me to wonder, why so many are getting so many of these numbers in a challenge that is nearly impossible to not meet the challenge?

Seems like a pretty steady decline in overall averages in the last 3-6 months, and in particular, seems to really have hit hard after the Experimental Open Challenges started.
