The tone of your neighbourhood is the equivalent to the outing you would wear the suit to. Some areas are funky nightclubs, some are straightlaced board metings.

although, VERY similar to the house 2 doors down (gold with burgundy shingles)
i know i was against the brown, but this lighter brown is working on me. not sure about the yellow trim, and i think the gable color should be something earthy.
any other ideas? you guys may not think so, but you're helping a lot! (even godzilla, the hooters motorcycle chick, and the tuxedo windows are giving me a good laugh, which i definitely need!)
I'm going to paint my house HOT PINK with BRIGHT PURPLE trim just to tick off my nosey neighbors, hehehe. They already complain to the Village about my house all the time, now to give them something to really complain about, LOL

ahh...but at least in YOUR sleep you see it painted.
i see it with half of the corner boards on, railroad ties holding up the front porch, a giant blue tarp nailed to the front, and all of the flowers trampled from my working on it -- and that's when i'm AWAKE!! :) :)
god, i can't wait to paint this thing and be done for the winter. i'm going to get it finished, knock out the rest of the kitchen (i know, di! i still need to put pictures online!) and hang up the toolbelt for a while!!!
Great colors!! Looks really good. Thanks to you, we had to go and paint our house too. OK, so we had to replace some bad siding on our chimney and decided to repaint while we were at it, so it wasn't entirely your fault. :-) But it was alot more fun trying to figure out which colors using your neat little PS method.
Your digs are really coming together nicely. Must be really fullfilling knowing you did it yourself. Well done. :-)
