My first challenge and boy, is it a doozy(at least for others). Believe it or not, after looking back on the other challenges, this one is the easiest for me out of them all....you will soon find out why. please check out my submission...thanks
I spent a long time this week tryingto get the shot I wanted. Given its subject matter, it was fraught with difficulties. I have entered a not very good pic basically just to enter. Oh well, some weeks are easier than others and I expect the lowest score!
I'm afraid I'll have to skip this one too. I don't have any confidence I could pull off my idea and now I've run out of time. Good luck to you all. aelith
I'm considering posting a "gag" photo -- but knowing how well those do -- and since I'm finally starting to see my "average vote received" score starting to rise -- I'm not sure I want to intentionally shoot it down. :-)

My pic sucks bad, but, i posted it anyway. It's nice to do well, but it's not like we bet money on it, so it's worth a try, ya never know what people may think. Oh well, i'd rather submit a sucky photo than skip...like to submit in two challenges in a row for once.
it'll be a looong week without hourly score checks. i haven't been able to come up with a shot to submit so i'm dying to see the next challenge topic so i can focus on something. :)

Do they post the results and new challenge at 12:00 (eastern time)?

I have had such a busy week , and now Im sick and I live in the middle of no where. So Im skipping this week. I cant wait until midnight to check out next weeks challenge. Gives me some thing to live for.;)

Well, the only reason I submitted this week was because I decided it was better to submit something, than nothing at all. I really wasn't terribly happy with what I ended up submitting, and I think my current score reflects that ;) No big deal.
I'm looking forward to shooting this weeks challenge. There is a lot of old stuff around here that I think would make an interesting subject.
