Now that´s an easy question, I probably use the 24-70 for more than half of my shots. However, I try and use the primes as much as I can these days and of them the 50mm is the one I use the most.
before this week, I used the 50mm 1.8 more than anyother lens, but I just got the 85mm 1.8 and I have no doubt it's going to get a lot of use.
side note: I also just got the 35mm 2.0 and for those interested - the 28mm 2.8 locked onto focus better than the 35mm does. They are both very sharp, though. I've just been a little frustrated with the 35. I think with a better body, this won't be an issue.
Even though I have only had it for a little while I'd have to say currently my Canon 50mm f/1.8 II is my favourite! But that might change when my Tamron 28-75 turns up!
My favorite lens of all time is the Nikkor 24 f2.8D, but only on 35mm. There is good reason the 84-degree coverage is what both eyes sees, so naturally I love it for scenic. It also serves dual purpose by being an incredible macro lens when used reversed, reversed on the 105 or 200, or on an extension tube.
Regretfully no manufacturer has duplicated the 84-degree coverage lens in digital (1.5 crop factor) in a prime, so I guess for digital it would have to be the much larger and heavier Nikkor 12-24 f4.
The Sigma 30mm f/1.4 is now mounted on my cam most of the time. It's a great focal lengt on DX/APS-C and the f/1.4 allows a lot of dof creativity and low light shooting.

Well I thought this was fun last time we did it - so go around again - a new lens bought that you wouldn't be without, a lens that you've gone back to, or maybe youd didn't have a go last time, convince me what to save for next! I'm getting my 20D and a 10-22 in a week or so - stand by for the worst ever pictures ever to come from a 20D!!!
I'm finding I'm doing as much shooting with my Tamron 28-75 as with my other lenses combined. Easily 2/3 of the rest are with the 10-22, leaving only a small number shot with the 70-200 and the 60mm macro... The Tamron does near-macro performance (I can shoot full frame of the palm of my hand, for example) and it's a LOT easier to set up those sort of shots witht he zoom than it is by moving the tripod when using the 60mm macro, so that one mostly stays in the bag except when I need to get really close.
Still, I suspect that as winter settles in I'll be doing more macro work, and then the 60mm will get more play. May even get a tube for it...
I've more or less decided on the 70-200 IS 2.8 but the walkaround spot is still a little up for grabs - 24-70L 24-105L Tamron 28-75? Currently thinking I want slightly wider than 28 for my walkaround (and possibly even more than 24) especially with the crop factor.
I rarely take the Tamron 28-75 off my 10D... it's a great lens and I wouldn't take love nor money for it! :)
Now wouldn't that depend on how much love/money you're offered?? ;-) Seriously, this is an awesome lens. I sold my Canon 28-135 lens to buy that Tamron.

I'm already on record in this thread with "loving" my 10-22mm most of all, and that still holds. But it's "nothing but wide", and the 28-75mm is more versatile day ina nd day out, so it's one I use more...
If you forced me at gunpoint to keep only one lens for this camera, I'd keep the 10-22...
