Doesn't it seem like most of the images are abandoned and not obsolete!
I think people missed the point of the challenge
the challenge description doesn't really mean only Obsolete, but "" It could be old technology, broken, discarded, outgrown, forgotten - anything"" so you will find abondoned/broken things for sure..
is the tendency to find a good image or a good representative of the topic?
In this case - I used a [...] - which coincidentally (or appropriately) I feel is pretty obsolete in my house and has been replaced by [...] ... man, I can't believe people used to be [...] all of the time!!!
I thought the idea and execution were pretty much a 6 or 7 ... it involved discovery and serendipity on my end and I was pleased - sucks to be under 5!!!!
