I think you can at least add photos. Removing some I'm not so sure. It'll cost you money either way I believe. This is a timely thread because I'm getting back into ebaying and selling off things. I was thinking about going the print route again.
I've sold a fair number of prints on ebay (by fair I'd say.. 25-30 of them) which is more than on DPCPrints. I did much better when I had a flat price for them than when I did it by bidding though. If I recall correctly I sold some 8X10 at $14.99 and 16X20 at $19.99 and then boosted them after I had a few sales under my belt to $19.99 and $24.99. I'm a bit fuzzy on the second pricing though so I could be a smidge off. Also these were just the print, no matting or frame. Though I did sign them.
If I were to do an unsigned set for an auction I might start at $9.99 but typically photos don't tend to go well in general, in my experience.

If you're not happy with the price towards the end, have a friend put a high bid on it. If they win, you just pay the Ebay commission. If someone out bids them, good for you. It's diry, but you won't be the first person to do it.
We've experimented with framed prints on Ebay, but when they can't get a good idea of the quality they won't be willing to pay what it is worth.
