Hmmmmm I clicked on another link on the website, and it took me to the bbc homepage, but when I tried to go back to the story, I couldn't find it ..... anywhere....
Of course, the troops pictured would be able to respond very quickly to calls from Cambodia from their post in Anjar, Lebanon. Not only that, but would a real BBC site have an erroneous apostrophe? ... the virus is able to restart the heart of it's victim... (hehe)

Man, I used to really struggle with this one for years :-) Then someone pointed out to me that you don't apostrphise 'his' or 'hers', and I got it sorted.
