I've gone through a great many of the portraits so far.....some are very funny, but there is ONE that really causes you to LAUGH OUT LOUD!! You'll know it when you see it. Not sure if the owner would be insulted by that, but this pet just makes you smile and chuckle.
Well, all I can say after looking through the thumbnails is that DPC Prints could produce several animal calendars that would be best sellers for next year!!!

Dont worry all you people, I'm working my way thru these ( my first as a member) and there are so many Beaut shots there, I haven,t gone belw a 5 and mainly around the 6/8 level on this. I couldn't enter this one . But if anyone cares to look at my portfolio shot called " hide and Seek"hich could havve been an entry tell me How you would have voted . Its late here so this little Troll is heading to bed.
I was also most impressed with this challenge seems to be that everyone put a lot of effort into showing their pets in the best light.

I know which one you're talking about, it is too funny. The title is perfect for it too! I couldn't stop laughing and my wife thought I was nuts until she saw it too. Lots of incredible shots here.
I would love some comments on this one. I really like my shot....sharpness, softness, dof, lighting, color etc. I did everything exactly as I wanted it and it doesn't look average (not odd or out of the box), cool animal expression too, which is confusing as to the relatively low score. This would be a good learning opportunity as I usually know where my other things have failed. Comments?
I just submitted my first challenge photo and have a question . . . I have no idea how you find out how many of each vote you received. I know where to find the 'total' and the average, but not individual votes. Make any sense? Thanks!
you dont find individual votes, people are just assuming

Not too long ago 4score posted a spreadsheet he created that keeps track of individual votes... this is the thread: //www.dpchallenge.com/forum.php?action=read&FORUM_THREAD_ID=193136
Based on the change in number of votes and change in average, it can compute you individual scores...
Mine is currently sitting at a 4.8, I am throroughly confused, I usually unerstand why my score is where it is, but this one I am truly baffled, maybe others are seeing something I am not, I only have one comment which was favorable, I wish I had more comments so I could understand why people are scoring it so low.
