The date- April 9, the time 11am at Union Station. First off, lunch at Cap City. And I do need the rest of y'all to confirm so I can call Cap City and make sure that we can all get in for lunch. Cause I'm not even gonna try for dinner reservations this particular weekend.
After lunch we will meander our way through Chinatown, down to the National Mall, and then around towards the Tidal Basin. Detours to the WW2 Memorial, and Monument Triangle area possible. The high point event- Sunset at Ye Olde Tidal Basin.
Count me in - I was not sure if I was going to be able to make it but my calendar is now free. I'm looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and some new ones as well.

Okay- I'll be calling Cap City on Wednesday to make sure they can accomidate all of us. Your deadline for letting me know if you plan on being there for lunch is Wednesday. If you aren't on the list I can't promise that we can squeeze you in for lunch. :)

I need a yes if you want in on the lunch reservation. Keep in mind, this is probably the biggest tourist weekend in DC during the year. I need to call Cap City no later than Wednesday to confirm the table.
If anyone is planning on coming and is not on the confirmed list, I will assume that you do not want to do lunch. Please, please do not assume that I'll be able to wiggle you in at the last minute.
