The Songwriter by kanajComment: There is nothing wrong with staging a photo. On the contrary: you put thought into it, you had an idea, and you executed it consistently and with sensitivity. That is a creative process—far more than a snapshot, which is largely a matter of chance. |

selah.by kanajComment: I have only just read the explanation and learned about Beata and selah. Even though I do not struggle with depression myself, I can fully understand her feelings regarding cemeteries. It deeply moves me to see this beautiful collage. |

Massiveby kanajComment: Feels like a vintage postcard. And I can hear the noise of it! It's really loud. |

Bygone Packagingby kanajComment: What are you talking about? Not especially creative? I can only shake my head in amazement at that. It is a true art to discover something special even in simple things. You have that gift. And right now, we have a challenge on this very topic... I’m hoping for something great from you! |

jblby TiberiusComment: This is the best in show imo. Wonderful composition - you made the music the star of your photograph. The light and shadow are a delight. And there is enough room you fill your own inner music into the photograph. Choose your favourite tune - doesn't have to be country or rock, might as well be Mozart or Mongolian overtone singing! |

BNE06985by primabarbaraComment: I’m glad this photo did well despite the missing title.
I was totally horrified when I realized after the rollover that I hadn't changed the title—what a mess-up. It was actually supposed to say "for past generations, not for future ones." |
