On my monitor it's lacking details in the shadows which I think of being one of the hallmark's of an Ansel Adams photo. But I'm enjoying the composition and the "message".

Could be a poster for the Sierra Club. The iconic barbed wire fence and the new age wind turbine are controversial. Threats to the wilderness. So, I like your subject choice very much. Pretty harsh light situation causing lots of silhouettes. Not a bad thing in this case, because the icons of controversy are well presented. I like your ground level pov. The vegetation adds a lot to this scene. The sky is pretty good with nice coud detail.
