Wonderful oil pic. Seems just a tad grainy to me and I'd have done some additional noise reduction to make the colors smooth. But that's just a nitpick and I expect this will perform well. Your mileage may vary.

Lovely shot - Try the crop from the bottom, keep the eye at 1/3 upper right, or a panoramic shot, treat the curls of her hair as the subject. A closer Composition.

Yeah, the mirrorless cameras are crazy with the ISO, it's weird. I saw a chart somewhere on it. It was, and still is a learning curve for me. My studio lights weren't firing off, so I was just using the model light and put it on to Auto ISO. At the lower and higher ranges the noise is minimal.
