Wonderful minimalist capture! Great use of long term exposure to have the water appear smooth and mist like. The rods sticking out of the ground lead like a trail that my eye follows into the water. My only suggestion on how to further strengthen the composition is to crop the frame such that the first rod on the shore is in the bottom left corner. What that would do is strengthen the leading lines of this line allowing the eye to begin the journey at the bottom left corner, follow the line and then explore the ocean beyond.
