Comment by srbrubaker: Can't quite understand why, but this doesn't do it for me. I think it looks too cluttered for the rhythmic elements to be clearly comprehended. The lighting hurts the photo in so many ways. I understand that it's not an element in the photographer's control, but I imagine the bridge could look much better in diffuse light of a cloudy day or when the sun is just below the horizon.
