anemoneby tnunComment by bvy: I like the exposure and processing, and it's a great composition. The border's too strong though. Until I covered it, I didn't even notice that the stem was also in color. |

end of seasonby tnunComment by Tygerr: I'm sure when you made the whole scene sepia-toned you were trying to minimise the distraction caused by all those leaves in the foreground, and get the shape of the spider to stand out more. Unfortunately, the subject still isn't strong enough for me: maybe a tighter crop? |

Just a little more head on would have helped a lot with getting a better score I would think, but with animals we get only what they, the animals, will offer us. |
