While I am no stickler for the 'rules' of photography, I do think that she is too centered. I like your use of other elements in the image (people), as well as your depth of field to nicely frame and isolate her. Your toning is fairly nice, but I think that the highlights could be a little hotter. Overall, nice image that meets the challenge.

I don’t have much knowledge on street photography but my thoughts on you shot are as follows: I like this shot as it shows how absorbed we get in our own affairs even when in pbulic. I love the expression on her face (wonder what she is talking about?). 10
