I have been doing real bad at commenting lately - especially during the vote. I tend to just mark favorites and then come back after the challenge is over to see whose they were. This was one of my 5 9s in this challenge. Great colors, love the soft motion blur, cool lines and shadows - and what can one say about the graffiti. I had hoped to see this higher but a 6+ score is nothing to sneeze at. Very nice work indeed.

Nice composition and detail. The sharpness of the foreground and background along with the background pattern lead my eye all around the shot. The clock is positioned nicely for the focal point.

I like your use of the graffiti as a key element of the image and placing the walker and dog next to it works well. Like the leading lines to the light too.
