In my belief there are more things that contribute for a great motivational/de-motivational poster:
Idea/creativity:10 I much support this message :D
Quality of the photo:10
Artistic viewpoint:8
Frame/borders: 5 the upper border is way too thin
Appealence of the font: 4 It has bad quality and it's very close to the photo and you have so much unused space down there

I would have thought a 6+ score for this. I loved the contrast in colors and the green on the tree is quite beautiful. Also, you have the path leading the viewer to the tree is quite smart. Oh well, strange voting in this one.
