oOr some reason, this isn't THAT interesting to the eye. I like the off centered "sputnik" object and the blue and red, but it's slightly lacking to my eye. Maybe if it were zoomed and bigger????

The background lookds really distorted, like a bad filter was applied to make it look sketched, or really posterized or something. The bird (is that what it is?) is not very sharp, especially in the face where you are drawing the attention, and the rooftop is almost completely blown out. The winds and feathers are very nicely exposed and very sharp. Nice work on those!

Contrast is too high as you've lost detail in the black wings and the highlights of the roof shingles are almost blown. This would be a very good shot if you could see more of the wings detail.
