Fountain and flagby jmespigaComment by streetpigeon: This is busy, yet charming and fanciful. The streams of water are a flurry of diagonals, sparkling and dynamic, teasing the rectilinear background. Has an off-hand feel that disencumbers it from stultifying expectations. Very nice. |

Wire balloonby jmespigaComment by quiche: Composition is okay. Work on your focus, and try using shallower DOF to blur the background elements that distract from the subject. Probably a lot of people will say this photo because it doesn't meet the challenge. Not too many people will agree that this is a "balloon." |
