At first I couldn't decide whether the V shape was directing the people or if the people were inviting the V to share. Then I saw a stylized crucifix in the font/V/ square. Then I became a bit more irreverent and thought the 'crucifix' was throwing its arms up in a gesture of 'speed it up guys, there's someone else waiting'.

i would say and interesting and difficult theme .. you have totally satisfied it in this pic ..
what i like particularly are the triangles on the floor leading me into the photograph and towards the lectern .. its like i'm swept into the middle by the triangles on the floor .. and then drawn up by into the light .. by the window ..
the three ppl are huge and distinct in the pic .. but are an aside to my ride into the light ..

I appreciate the composition a lot, somehow painterly with a large figure in the foreground. But as a photograph, it's lacking something that I cannot put my fingers on exactly. Perhaps, since the composition is so daring, the hands of the two people in the background are somehow cartoonish. Such is the posture of the woman in her sneakers. You see, I still look at this as if it's the sketch for a painting.
