The guy has a seriousness about him that the others don’t have, like he’s just dropped in from another century to acheive some important quest. Love the compo here and the three apparently different stories.

Very interesting, as the three people in the same scene are both connected and unconnected at the same time. Is the man angry or enthusiastic? Is the woman accusatory or dismayed? The boy, at whom all the energy is directed, is literally a blank. I'm afraid (not really) that I'll never know what's happening here. But it's a good image.

I like all the verticals in this image. The upper left corner is a little distracting and could be cropped out. Works well for your poetography.

This photo, for some reason, looks like a work in progress. I believe it's the negative space of the upper left corner and black hair. The imperfections are what makes this so compelling.

i remember a pic very like this in a challenge ..
and i have Don's book right here beside me at the computer .. so of course i open it to the entire poem ..
the more you read the more permeates .. i'm not a poetry lover but a lot of his words speak to me ...
loving the black and white and the hair falling into the frame .. the empty stroller .. to me means that the mother is carrying her child ..
treasure .. to me means stop worrying about what other ppl think .. your opinion of you is what matters .. notice the self talk and question it .. is it true .. or are they words that you have taken on of other people's .. obviously the latter ..
