The beard, IMO, is oversharpened, halos are distracting as the beard is one of the brightest objects in the image. Same about the cig, as I believe your intended subject is the face. Overall, I love this image, one of my favorites thus far. 7
Comment by figaro: Really interesting choice of subject and a good, edgy composition. Black and white conversion is a little on the flat side and could do with some more contrast.
