Comment by Techo: This reminds me a bit of the movie Shine, with Kathy Bates. Cleary it's a very well executed shot. From the lighting to the composition. I'll echo Lydia's Horridly wonderful statement ;) because I feel it's horrible but in a way you kinda like the shot? can't explain it. As for why it's not a 6+. IMHO the shot is on topic with the fork and all but the story told here has it playing a supporting role. And it has some fake blood which made some people wince? which might be the first reason.
