The wood look nice and rich, but the fountain isn't particularly prominent - getting lost in the photo without a clear subject. Lighting also looks a touch flat. No vote, comment only

I don't think you have chosen the best position or circumstances to show the new fountain. Against a dark or cleaner background and with more use of reflection or refraction would have worked better.

I had to copy and paste it into photoshop to see the scene (on calibrated screen). Would have worked if it was not so extremely dark.

Bad? depends on what you want to achieve...true, you could have gone for more precise and stylized letters, you could have gone for a full black background (there is a lot of detail hidden in the shadows), maybe add some other points of interest etc, but then it would not be a bad photo matching your title anymore, right? Maybe I will rate it higher later because of all this, I think I need to let it sink in first before I can fully appreciate it.
