Whilst the image does convey some feeling of silence the thing that I notice immediately is that everything is slanting down towards the right and that detracts from the image straight away.(horizon not level)
Also it would have been better if the whole bridge had been visible instead of the section on the left being chopped off. 4

So many entries that show a person with a finger pressed to their lips. I know it's meant to imply "Quiet or Be silent" but the image does just not convey a feeling of "Silence" to me. Also you focused on the wall instead of the person as can be seen by the wall being in focus and the person out of focus. 4
