Very good. Don't know if I like the yellowish tone for this, but that's personal taste. Lots of character showing here. The guy in the beret looks like he's telling a story and the others just don't quite believe his tale.

Just looks like a cropped snapshot. The subjects are in shadow, so the background tends to draw my eye instead.

These folks appear to be looking into the sun.she's squinting, he's shileding his eyes. Unfortunately, that takes away fro the image for me.

A little bit of camera shake visible. I agree with some of the others that the 15-20% on the left should go. It is too bright compared with the rest and it draws the eye away from the real subject. Good subject choice and zooming in for the detail was the way to go on this.

i wouldn't realize how high up this was without the highway. The highway is not expected in a shot like this, but it works well.
