Comment: A beautifully understated coastal landscape. This photo does require the viewer to spend time with it, so may not fare as well as it deserves in competition.
Comment: I do like the sense of night that this low key image provides, but I would have scored higher if the composition had a lower vantage point. As it is, the rat is looking down on the dog.
