This is Loveby rozComment: The classic pose, but you have done it very well. The real connection between father and newborn is totally apparent, along with tenderness, but also something else - I can’t quite place it, pain, fear, apprehension, maybe - in any event, a degree of intimacy and intensity that is missed from many other photos of this ilk. |

Blueby DistantColoursComment: This almost looks computer generated - not a criticism, just an observation. Your model has near perfect symmetry in her features, and the most penetrating gaze. Really interesting lighting and post-processing, I’d be curious to know your steps. |

Misty Mountainsby MargaretNetComment: Gorgeous! Personal preference for just a tad more contrast and some deeper blacks, but nonetheless I really like this. |

Canola Fieldsby ThingFishComment: We call this Rape Seed, and in mid summer many of our fields were bright yellow pieces of a patchwork. Now, though, it has gone out of favour due to some disease that can no longer be treated as the chemical is on the UKs banned list. This is a lovely view, well photographed. |

Winter sunriseby AmmieComment: It took me a short while to get my head around this - the tree branches hanging behind the water confused me until I realised it is a dam or a raised wall of a pond! Pleasing colours, although a little more depth of field would bring the photo up a notch for me. |
