I guess these are the electric scooters that are available to hire in some cities? A cool find. On my callibrated monitor the darks are a bit too dark, with all detail lost in some areas.

A good subject for this challenge, and some good light and detail in the deflating balloon. The characters add just the right amount of additional interest. Not so keen on the processing of the foreground grass and foliage of the tree - I find it quite distracting, nonetheless a 7 from me.

A really interesting photo of a culture different to my own. There is much to look at in this photo - although I am struggling with your title a little. Before I read the title, I thought that the photo was probably about Shabbat and the use of electricity - but that doesn't tie in with your title.
