Got it?by TiberiusComment: OK, I have been absent from DPC for quite some while, but how on earth did this get the Brown? It is absolutely spot on for the challenge, an interesting candid, a clever commentary on current social mores. Also, when did we only get 65 entries for a fairly mainstream challenge? Maybe I should start taking photos and entering again.

_D7K6400_webby LionsitalyComment: The lack of critical focus bothers me in this macro of my ever-favourite forget-me-nots. I often like photos where there isn't anything in sharp focus, but in this it looks accidental rather than deliberate. Nonetheless, a pleasing entry for the challenge. |

the colours after the stormby AbraComment: Love the slice of life style, and the bird (swan?) flying through the rainbow is a real moment of serendipity. Less keen on the white balance - the colour may be how it was, but it looks 'wrong' and unbalanced to my eye. |

Taste the Pastel Rainbowby SirashleyComment: Fascinating the way each of the drops has a completely different refraction. Brighter than I would have expected for pastels, but viewing on an uncalibrated monitor, so no ding for that. |
