She wondered what she was going to do with her life because she still couldn't think of one talent she possessed, and...then...It "hit her" (regulation gloves only, of course), every time she visited her Grand in Chicago she began to make music. She didn't understand at first, but once when she scratched the inside of her ear, the music stopped. When she pulled out her finger, amazingly the music started again.
