Cool perspective, and I like the numbers on the skin. However, using the title to declare that you didnt break any rules seems to be tainting the title IMO. I would have preferred it if you just left the title as "Enter The Stream" and let voters assume you met all the rules.

Interesting take on the challenge. I like the abstract feel of the shot,... and what looks to be camera or lens movement during exposure. Not sure if I get how it makes the challenge, unless in a metaphorical way. Overall though, a photo that is thought provoking, and pleasant on the eyes.
