He remembers...by SHALIGAComment: This is a very powerful image. Centered composition doesn't help this IMO. The subject and the clarity are excellent though... think this will be in the top 10. |

- Eyes of a Dragon -by andrewtComment: This is SHARP... not a fan of the centred composition, but the sharpness and colours make up for that somewhat. |

Making wavesby PaulComment: I've bumped this up a point from what I original gave it while doing my voting. On closer inspection when commenting led me to believe that I was a bit harsh initially... this is crystal clear sharp... could have perhaps done with a tad more colour (saturation) and the flakes of fish food are somewhat distracting, but this is a very goot photo... much better than most in this challenge. |

The center of their universeby MelethiaComment: This is something unique in this challenge... what is real, and what is a reflection? or is this one concourse with an escalator going under it... I like it, though I doubt Joe Average voter on DPC will give it the time it deserves, unfortunately. However, I think you're a good chance to pick up a posthumous award (or similar). |

The Ghost of the Escalatorby franktheyankComment: This is an image that needed a good title to get the viewer to explore the image, and you've done well here. It's a solid image, though it might have done better if it was a little sharper... feels a bit soft. |

Climbing your way to the topby ti_evomComment: This is a very nice photo, and a style of photo I expected to see more of in the challenge... but surprisingly, there were very few of this type and I think this will do well as a result of not being one of an over done sub theme. The b&w processing suits this shot well... it's nice and sharp... only criticism of the composition is the amount of weight the rock at the centre bottom has in the image. |

Sea of Love by halopesComment: On my voting pass though this challenge, I gave this a 7, but now on my commenting pass, I'm going to bump this up to an 8 (along with only 4 other images). This is a great shot... totally different from anything else in the challenge... you have great vision, and that you managed to capture this moment speaks volumes for you skill. The more I look at it, the harder I find it not to give it a 9... bugger it... I'll give you a 9. Congratulations. |

In From the Rainby taterbugComment: Nicely composed image, and its great that you've managed to get the details in the floorboards in the umbrellas shadow. I find the dirty marks on the umbrella a bit of a negative, though it does highlight the amount of detailed you've managed to capture in this shot. |

Jump before life passes you by!by TechoComment: The dynamic element and the unorthodox perspective in this images makes it... combined with the clarity on the items onboard and the brilliant colours, you've got yourself a probable top 10 photo here... I've got it equal first in my voting with 3 others. |
