A definite contender for a ribbon. I bumped this up from an 8 which O gave during my voting phase, to a 9. Image is sharp and composition is great... colour and contrast is just an iota flat IMO. That said, this is a brilliant photo... well done.

This has BLUE Ribbon written all over it. If this doesn't win I'll... I'll... I'll do something crazy... but I'm not going to put too much effort into thinking what because it'll be a waste of time because this is a certainty for the blue. I can't fault it at all... it's sharp, it's interesting, the colours are beautiful, the composition is brilliant... I'm running out of superlatives... so, I guess I should bump the 9 I gave it during my voting phase to a 10! I never give 10s... well almost never, and I'm giving this a 10... and I guess it'd make sense to favourite this too. OUTSTANDING!! LOVE IT!!!

I'm glad you made the top 10 of this challenge... anything less would have been criminal.

This was one of my favourites in the challenge... thought it was worthy of a ribbon or an HM at least... but I guess one can never predict what the DPC voters will do from one challenge to the next. Well done, and it's great to see you here again.

Congratulations on the ribbon and the posthumous!! This was my favourite image for the challenge and I'm stoked to see it getting the recognition it deserves.

This is BRILLIANT.... I'm so looking forward to this side challenge... more to see other peoples stuff than to contribute (though I hope to post a few of my own).

But I absolutely LOVE this photo... FAV!!!

Congratulations on YET ANOTHER ribbon. Amazing photo, especially considering the fact you couldn't use a tripod... bonus points for that in my book. Well done.

Robbed... this was one of my favourite images in this challenge... dare to be different I say... though, speaking from experience, the wowsers here at DPC tend to not appreciate something that's different in a disturbing way.

Based on my voting on this challenge, you would have got an HM at the very least.

Hey Hotpasta... this is the same homeless guy that's in your Tunnel & Caves photo :) ... though, if I'm wrong about that one being a hotpasta shot, then I'll be wrong about this one too... guess I'll have to wait and see when voting finished.

But to this photo. A great photo that doesn't follow the DPC friendly template. Details are excellent, but perhaps bordering on too much detail (especially the grime on the wall) and it becomes destracting. And while the items in the bottom left help paint the picture/tell the story of homelessness, they're also more a distraction that pull the viewer from the main subject. Don't get me wrong, *I* like this photo, but I'll be surprised if it reaches the dizzy heights of most hostpasta challenge entries (score wise at least).
