I feel compelled to respond to this one. Meditation can be considered to be a habit by those who regularly and frequently practice the discipline. In this case, the setting was important as it is a natural environment. It is early spring here. This particular spot is not in a swamp, but in the center of a ring of what will become tall bamboo later in the season. Part of the point was that, as with any habit, meditation can be practiced wherever you happen to be.

Excellent color, lighting, composition - this one has it all. I love the simpllicity of the subject, and the textures inherent in the object. The water is a nice touch. I expect this one to win a ribbon. You get a 10 from me.
