You probably used this long title so even people like me would "get it" ... Problem with this title is that I would expect to see the "eyes", and IMO, they are not dominant enough, nor is there "hapiness" in them because they are not clear enough and very dark. I am sure others totally disagree with what I have said, I just wanted to let you know why I scored you low.

Very nice. I like the composition and generally the b&w idea. Also like the way you had the "spot light" on the background. What is a shame is that the detail of the white pearls against the white background gets lost. Still, really cool pic

Yes, she is doing better, but of course it will take several weeks to heal and many months to be "right" again.
