Twistedby hannekeComment: Really quite nice on many levels; its surely creepy, but the tones and textures are so interesting. The white is really quite interesting. The red in perfect spots. Perhaps to see the iris color would ahve been an intersting variant; but I could still picture this matted in black and hung 6 feet wide on the wall. |

Place of Prayer by kiwinessComment: Great creative light; dodging and burning I presume, but its nice, smooth, classic look here. |

At the Butcher's by e301Comment: Great shot, your composition is flawless, the tones are nice, and you are seemingly invisible to this shot.
Overheard that day at the butchers...
"Pardon me guvnor, can I use your loo?," asked the frumpy bandy legged pensioner awkwardly.
"Move on, you bandy legged uncomfortable shoe, coat too big, ordinary hat wearing git, your type really makes me puke! Can't you read the sign, it says no public restrooms," the stern butcher proclaimed, as if he had excessive cleaving syndrome.
"Then I'll just take two pounds of the sirloin, please."
The butchers smile widened, as if to greet an old friend. "Why didn't you say so earlier, come right is sir, and pee anywhere you'd like." Message edited by author 2006-04-21 09:53:03. |

widezoomthruneighborhood.jpgby theSajComment: This is a great shot; a bit vertigo inducing, but still, its a nice impression of the street. This would be great for use as a graphic image; blown up and spread out on a wall. Nice. |

Liuzzi Cheese Co - North Haven, Connecticutby theSajComment: Great shot; been there tons of times; their soup, especially the Italinan wedding and Pasta e Fagioli is great. I could go for a nice panini with prosciutto, nutty parmesan or some tangy sheep -reminiscent romano.
The shot creates nice bursts of color within a truly busy environment. It works well. |

Clifton Suspension Bridgeby KonadorComment: The light and exposure you acheive here is terrific; great feel; the composition, a bit lacking, with all the tree and signage on th eright hand side, past the bridge and in the valley is terrific. |

St. Stephen's Churchby KonadorComment: I wouldn't touch the composition, I'd like to see a non-grainy version to decide on that though. The gothic and dark nature of the shot may not be enhanced by the grain, or maybe it is? |
