I love the space created in this shot; the depth of the corners; the shades of black; the shape of the fireworks; I guess the shot would be more spectacular if the fireworks portion filled up a bigger portion of the fram, like Scavelt's winner, but in reality, you can't compromise the shot for the sake of formula. THis is a great shot that would make a terrific print, I am sure; good going.

I like this a whole lot. perhaps a thumb groove and a touch more darkness and focus for depth, but hell, its a nice interpretation.

I like the concept, but it is a bit to phallic and poor spear placement.
I like the blueish tint and the composition otherwise.

I love the fact that this bloke is sleeping under a "homes" and housing advert dispenser. That adds some interest to this shot; a little lossy, blueish and overexposed otherwise.

I really like this shot; one of my faves in this challenge. I guess there could be a bit stronger emphasis or presences of the fireworks, but still its got a really good feel.
