Nice shot- would this translate to b and w? who knows. I would crop or clone out the crap in the bottom dead center, or shift around till its naturally out.

This looksl ike upstate New York off the thruway.
the subject barn/silo is so small and amidst a sea of blacks and grays that it might benfit from a stronger color i.e. bright red or marroon.

excellent "10" I was going to give it a nine b/c the part you desaturated was not very colorful anyway, but the pepper is so good- it really does make it seem brighter.
