My top for this challenge, I don't know if it is in Librodo style as discussed on the forum but I really like it, 10
My third pass, still my fav by far. It captures the essence of the real person rather than the details. The foggy look creates great mood. If I ever get into portraits I'd like them to be like this one.
Very interested who took it. Is that yours, Manny? I hope you will get a ribbon! But it may be DQ'd for using a gradient/fog effect. That would be a pity. Good that DQ does not erase favs and I can keep it even if it disappears before the end of voting.

Very weird effect. The glasses are the focal point, possibly more so because it is the same person so the brain filters one of the figures out. Interesting experiment.

I have a similar wooden bench and took some photos from a tall ladder. This certainly improves the perspective! I assume the helium balloon will be on a string - how do you stabilize it? Or do you plan to take shots with a very fast shutter while the camera is flying away? :)

Very nice. I like it. I should try this technique when I am back home. Did you try alternative crops? My mind got stuck on a rectangular crop with the pots only (where the color is).
