I laughed out loud at the stretch marks title. I know that it's inconsequential, but I like the humor. I don't think anyone, teens included are going to look at the poster and believe that stretch marks are the biggest problem here. But it is possible that the judges will find it a little frivolous--I don't know... I think it's a great idea.

btw, if you go with the motherhood angle instead, you can simplify it--Sex last a minute, motherhood lasts a lifetime.

(even if the person leaves, never speaks to the kids after graduating, the child still wonders, suffers, thinks about, hates, loves, etc the mother.)

I like the picture, and I know you're trying to be upbeat, but it really does seem to be a celebration of teen motherhood. I don't think it will go over well.

I think this is a wonderful shot and should have placed higher. I find, however, that dpc isn't very kid friendly in photos. They do well when the photo is super spectacular, but other than that, the good ones tend to rank lower than other shots of the same quality.
