Oppression.by DrJOnesComment: I think this would be stronger both photographically and politcally if it were made darker and the tone range compressed to make the lighting starker or harsher. |

Screensaverby ParentxComment: The large size of the blown-out highlight doesn't appeal to me -- I think it would lok beter if that area had been about 1/4 that size. |

Hommage à Film Noirby GordonComment: Very clever -- I wish I'd thought of that. I did just happen to buy about 8 boxes of those clips last week... I think I'd have darkened the highligts a bit more, or maybe compress the midtones if yuo want a real contrasty look. |
