Looking at the entries so far, this is an different take and a captivating social statement. Whether happenstance or planned, the composition fell in place here. The perceived "have" is young, pretty, close, takes up a good portion of the frame, well dressed. The "have not" is everything opposite. I'm a fan of street photography, good capture. One of my top picks so far.
